Cryptocoryne wendtii 'Brown' is a hardy and versatile rosette plant that has become a favourite among aquascapers worldwide. Native to Sri Lanka, it is admired for its attractive bronze to reddish-brown leaves, which add warmth and natural contrast to planted aquariums. Its adaptable nature and low maintenance requirements make it an excellent choice for both beginners and experienced aquarists.

Important Note

This plant is supplied as a healthy, potted aquarium plant and is ready to be planted directly into your aquarium. Before planting, carefully remove the pot and rock wool from around the roots. Plant the roots into a nutrient-rich substrate, ensuring that the crown of the plant remains just above the substrate surface.

Like most Cryptocoryne species, Cryptocoryne wendtii 'Brown' may experience temporary leaf melt after planting as it adapts to its new aquarium conditions. This is a normal part of the acclimation process, and healthy new submerged leaves will emerge from the established root system.

Please note: As this is a living plant, the size, shape, and colour intensity may vary slightly from the photographs depending on the season, growing conditions, and stage of development.
