Echinodorus 'Ozelot' is a classic spotted sword plant with broad leaves that range from dark olive green to warm brown-red depending on lighting and nutrition. Its distinctive dark red spotting gives the plant a bold, decorative appearance and makes it an excellent solitary feature in larger planted aquariums.
The XL form is supplied as a more mature, voluminous plant for immediate visual impact. Echinodorus are strong root feeders, so a nutrient-rich substrate or regular root fertilisation is highly beneficial. Once established, 'Ozelot' is robust, undemanding, and steadily produces an impressive rosette.

This plant is supplied as a mature XL potted aquarium plant. Remove the pot and rock wool carefully, rinse the roots, and plant the root system firmly in the substrate while keeping the crown above the substrate surface. Root fertilisation is recommended for strong long-term growth.
