DESCRIPTION

Anubias Nano ‘Super Petite’ – Tissue Culture

One of the smallest Anubias varieties available for the planted aquarium, Anubias Nano ‘Super Petite’ takes the popular Anubias Petite concept even further with its miniature leaves and compact growth habit.

This tiny epiphyte is perfect for nano aquariums, aquascapes, shrimp tanks, and detailed planted layouts where small plants are needed to create depth and scale. Like other Anubias varieties, it is extremely hardy, slow-growing, and easy to care for, making it suitable for beginners as well as experienced aquascapers.

Planting:
Do not bury the rhizome. Attach it to rocks, driftwood, or other hardscape using thread or aquarium-safe glue, or allow it to grow attached naturally.

Growth: Slow
Light: Low to medium
CO₂: Not required (but can improve growth)
Placement: Foreground, nano layouts, shrimp tanks, and between hardscape features
Difficulty: Easy

Interesting fact:
Because of its very small leaves and slow growth, Anubias Nano ‘Super Petite’ is highly valued by aquascapers who create miniature underwater landscapes and detailed “bonsai-style” aquascapes.
