The Hygger HG028 Smart LED Aquarium Light is designed to replicate natural daylight cycles while offering full manual control when needed. With built-in 24/7 Natural Mode and a fully customisable DIY Mode, it provides stable, eye-friendly illumination that supports fish health, enhances colours, and creates a visually balanced aquarium environment.

Constructed with a thickened aluminium body for improved heat dissipation and fitted with high-quality LED chips, the HG028 delivers consistent performance, long service life, and reliable daily automation.

Lighting Modes

24/7 Natural Mode (Default)

A fully automated lighting cycle that simulates the natural progression of daylight:

• 06:00 – 08:00: Soft orange sunrise

• 08:00 – 18:00: Bright full-spectrum white daylight

• 18:00 – 22:50: Gentle blue moonlight

• Lights off outside these periods

Once set, the light turns on and off automatically at the same time each day, with fixed colour and intensity for stability.

DIY Mode

Full manual control over:

• Lighting duration: 6 h / 10 h / 12 h

• Brightness: 9 adjustable levels (10% – 100%)

• Colour selection: White, Red, Blue, Green, Purple, Orange, Cyan

This mode allows users to tailor lighting precisely to their aquarium’s needs.

Note: The timer reference points are based on the first setup time. Reprogramming is required if power is disconnected.
