# Art of Aqua Event Ticket – Terms & Conditions
Please take note of the following before purchasing your ticket:
## Ticket Booking & Payment
* Tickets are reserved once an order has been placed.
* Full payment must be received within *48 hours* of placing your order to secure your seat.
* Due to limited seating, unpaid orders that remain outstanding after 48 hours may be cancelled and the ticket released to other attendees.
* A ticket is only considered confirmed once full payment has been received.
## Individual Ticket Registration
* Each ticket must be registered in the name of the person attending the event.
* Tickets are non-transferable and may not be shared between attendees.
* One ticket entitles entry for one attendee only.
* If purchasing tickets for multiple people, please ensure that each ticket is registered under the correct attendee’s name to allow for accurate event registration and gift bag allocation.
## Your Ticket Includes
* Entry to the MJ Aquascaping Workshop
* Light snacks served during lunchtime
* Bottomless coffee throughout the event
* A Seachem International gift bag for each attendee
* An Art of Aqua hardscape voucher for each attendee
## Refunds & Cancellations
* Tickets are non-refundable.
* If you are unable to attend, please notify Art of Aqua as soon as possible.
* In exceptional circumstances, requests for refunds or ticket transfers may be considered at the sole discretion of the organisers.
