NTLabs Marine Anti-Parasite is a powerful, copper-based medication formulated for the effective control and elimination of common marine fish parasites, including marine velvet (Oodinium) and marine white spot (Cryptocaryon). Designed specifically for fish-only systems and hospital aquariums, this treatment provides fast, reliable parasite control when early intervention is critical.

Important:
This product is not safe for invertebrates and must not be used in reef aquariums or systems containing live rock.

When to Use Marine Anti-Parasite

Marine Anti-Parasite should be used when fish exhibit visible signs of protozoan parasite infection, including:

• White, sugar-grain sized spots on the body (marine white spot / Cryptocaryon)

• Fine, dust-like white spotting (marine velvet / Oodinium)

• Fish rubbing or flashing against rocks or aquarium décor

• Rapid breathing or lethargy associated with parasite stress

Both marine velvet and marine white spot are highly infectious protozoan diseases and can progress rapidly if left untreated.

How It Works

Marine Anti-Parasite combines chelated copper therapy, a proven and widely trusted parasite treatment, with the added effectiveness of formalin. This dual-action approach rapidly disrupts parasite life cycles while remaining stable and controllable in marine water.

This makes Marine Anti-Parasite an ideal solution for:

• Fish-only marine aquariums

• Quarantine and hospital tanks

• Emergency parasite outbreaks

How to Use

1. Test water parameters using NTLabs Marine Lab Test Kits before treatment

2. Remove all adsorbent filtration media (activated carbon, phosphate removers)

3. Switch off UV sterilisers and ozone generators

4. Turn off the protein skimmer for at least 2 hours after each dose

   • Maintain strong aeration throughout treatment

5. Use the supplied pipette to measure the required dose

6. Slowly add the dose to the aquarium

7. Use the provided treatment log table to track dosing and progress

• Shrimp, snails, crabs, or other invertebrates

• Live rock
