Bucephalandra ‘Kedagang’ – Potted Plant
Bucephalandra ‘Kedagang’ is a striking Bucephalandra variety from Borneo, prized for its long, narrow leaves with slightly wavy edges and a deep green to reddish-brown coloration. Under aquarium LED lighting, the leaves often develop a subtle metallic sheen, adding depth and elegance to any aquascape. Hardy and slow-growing, this plant is ideal for nano aquariums as well as larger tanks where it can be used as an accent on hardscape. Supplied in potted form, it comes with a well-developed root system for easier establishment.
Elegant Narrow Leaves: Long, slender leaves with wavy edges and deep coloration that may range from green to reddish-brown.
Subtle Metallic Sheen: Displays a beautiful iridescent shimmer under proper lighting.
Compact & Slow-Growing: Ideal for foreground accents, midground detailing, or use in nano aquariums.
Epiphytic Plant: Best attached to rocks, driftwood, or decorative hardscape elements.

Water Parameters: Adapts well to most setups, with a pH between 6.0–7.5 and temperatures of 22–28 °C.
Growth Rate: Slow, making it perfect for stable, long-term aquascapes.
Propagation: Divide the rhizome carefully to create new plants.
Remove from the pot and rinse off excess rockwool before placing in the aquarium.
Do not bury the rhizome—secure to rocks, wood, or other hardscape using thread, fishing line, or glue until roots attach naturally.
Best positioned in shaded or low-flow areas to prevent algae buildup and preserve its subtle sheen.
